Daniele Orsato has been appointed as the referee for England's Euro 2024 quarterfinal clash against Switzerland in Dusseldorf on Saturday afternoon. The Italian official will be assisted by Massimiliano Irrati (Video Assistant Referee), Paolo Valeri (Assistant Video Assistant Referee 1), and Bastian Dankert (Assistant Video Assistant Referee 2).
Orsato is a highly experienced referee and has officiated in numerous high-profile matches, including the 2020 UEFA Champions League Final. He has also been a FIFA referee since 2010 and has officiated in several major international tournaments, including the 2018 World Cup and the 2020 European Championship.
